Exchange Policy
• No returns or refunds are offered.
• Exchange is allowed only if a defective product is received.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging and invoice.
• After inspection and approval, the defective item will be exchanged with the same product.
• If the same product is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value or store credit will be offered.

What Is NOT Considered a Defect
• Natural leather marks, grain variations, or texture differences
• Normal creases, patina, or aging of leather
• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper care
• Wear and tear after use
Leather Warranty (6 Months)
All Leather Town products come with a 6-months warranty covering:
• Manufacturing defects
• Unusual color fading under normal use
• Stitching or finishing faults not caused by misuse
Warranty does not cover:
• Natural leather grain and aging
• Accidental damage or negligence
• Improper storage or cleaning
